1. Clinical Agreements
By scheduling an appointment and proceeding with treatment at Lumina Dental Clinic, you agree to adhere to our clinical protocols. All treatment plans are estimates based on initial diagnostics and may be subject to change upon further clinical discovery.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Due to the highly specialized nature of our biological procedures, failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee applied to your account.
3. Financial Policy
Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered unless a prior financial arrangement has been made. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and specialized healthcare financing options.
4. Guarantee of Treatment
While we utilize world-class biomimetic materials and state-of-the-art techniques, biological responses vary by individual. Therefore, we cannot legally guarantee absolute outcomes, but we stand by the uncompromising quality of our clinical execution.
